Join us for the 2015 Team Gracie Epilepsy Scramble – a golf event to raise money for epilepsy research.
The past two outings have raised $3,000 for the Epilepsy Foundation of MN. Please join us in our quest to raise more.

day of fun, and help raise some money for epilepsy research. You can organize your own team, or come alone
and be added to a team. (but either way - please register (see link below)) |

Price:
| 18 Holes, Cart, Lunch on the course & Dinner - $65 Sign up for golf and dinner Dinner only - $10 sign up for dinner only. Dinner/late lunch will be served about 3:30 as the golfers are finishing their round. Lunch is donated by Pinnacle Catering Dinner is spaghetti, bread sticks and salad, catered by The Olive Garden |
| Prizes: | There will be contests, including closest to pin and longest putt. There will also be drawings for prizes (ticket will be available for purchase). |

Rise Above Seizures Walk on Saturday, August 1st, 2015

About Team Gracie
Who is Team Gracie? The Team Gracie Epilepsy Scramble was started by Jeff Duncan in 2012, in order to raise money for the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota. It is named after his daughter, Grace, who has epilepsy. They raised $1,300 in their first effort, and have now raised more than $3,000 for the EFMN. Team Gracie has partnered with Olmsted Outreach, giving them official 501(c)(3) charity status, enabling them to raise more money to be used toward epilepsy research and programs (through the EFMN) for people with epilepsy.
All funds collected, after operating expenses, are donated to the Epilepsy Foundation of MN. Team Gracie volunteers and staff receive no compensation, so you can be sure that your full donation is going to the EFMN.

Olmsted Outreach is an IRS certified 501(c)(3) organization and all donations are tax deductible
